Inclusive Cricket Festival

This competition is for students in Year 5 and 6; players must have a special educational need or disability (SEND).

• Squads are made up of a maximum of 10 players, with 8 players competing at a time (players can be substituted in eg. for an injured player).

• Teams should be mixed but there is no set number of boys and girls in a team.

This competition is aimed specifically at SEND students. There is an expectation that participants DO NOT compete for the school in any other non-SEND linked sport e.g. first team cricket. The emphasis should be on encouraging competition for ALL young people particularly those that do not usually get an opportunity to represent their school.

NB We are running a Yr 5 Kwik Cricket festival alongside this so please see the separate event details for the same date and venue.

Although predominately a fun festival the winning team will represent our area at the L3 Finals on the 2nd July at Combe Dingle.

Teams will play a form of Kwik Cricket or more skills based activities depending on their level of ability.

Squads of up to 10 (teams of 8).

Arrival from 9.30am.
