Description :
This essentially practical course is a confidence builder that aims to support and enable teachers to better understand how to deliver High Quality Gymnastics lessons. Teachers will learn a fun, simple approach to develop activities, sequences and gymnastic skills.
Course Content:
- Developing specific warming up ideas
- Developing confidence in teaching gymnastics using simple apparatus
- Developing basic movement vocabulary
Useful resources will be provided including work cards
Other information :
Applicants need to be dressed for practical work.
This course supports the following professional standards: C7, C8, C26, C29, P5
