Our Bristol Primary X-Country Team did us proud in today's McCains Event at Ashton Court. The team were competing against teams from other areas along with individual runners from across the country in the boys and girls U11 races. Bristol's running legend, Nick Rose was team manager for the day.
The weather was perfect for the event, warm sunshine in a back drop of Autumn colour. There was a great turnout of support at what was a very professional and well organised event.
The course was very challenging with some tough hills, but all our competitors completed the course and got a feel for running at a class event.
Our first three boys to finish were:
Patrick Nichols - Henleaze Primary
